The first year's warranty of your new home is covered directly by CCM Homes. Warranty requests are submitted to, verified by, scheduled by and repaired by CCM Homes employees within our Customer Service Department. In the event that a warranty item needs attention outside the scope of our personnel, the sub-contractor responsible for the item will be scheduled to visit your home and perform the work. Years 2 thru 10 limited warranty requests are handled by a very reputable organization in the homebuilding industry: 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. During the entire process of purchasing your new home with us, you will be given information on the 2-10 Warranty.
