While we strive to deliver a quality product to you, on occasion the need will arise for an item in the home to require repair. The first year's warranty of your new home is covered directly by CCM Homes. Warranty requests are submitted to, verified by, scheduled by and repaired by CCM Homes employees within our Customer Service Department. In the event that a warranty item needs attention outside the scope of our personnel, the sub-contractor responsible for the item will be scheduled to visit your home and perform the work.
